Together, we have been providing logistical support to productions in Southern Africa since 2003. We’ve earned our reputation for ultra-responsive, around-the-clock service, creative problem solving, and meticulous attention to detail.
The founders of A Unit all have a history in film and TV logistics and have experienced the unique challenges of working on location in Southern African countries first-hand. We originally created A Unit in response to the need for high-end production facilities and reliable equipment rentals, but the business has since grown to encompass a full suite of dedicated logistics services.
As Southern Africa grows in popularity as film and event locations, so too does the impact the industry has on our communities and our environment. At A Unit, we are committed to ethical work standards, are BEE compliant, and pay all our staff well above industry average wages. We use eco-friendly packaging, biodegradable chemicals, and follow a strict recycling policy to minimise our ecological footprint on every location.
